***August was such a terrible month for me this year, I am happy to bid it farewell. It is worth saying hello again to a poem I wrote last year. September, I am so happy to welcome you.***

Once again, here you are…September

Sometimes I love you

Then, at times, I don’t

You signify so much

Summer officially gone

The start of the school year

The calendar is swiftly coming to a close

Time is moving on

You remind us the serious business of life begins

But, you usher in so much more

The magical changing of the leaves

The crisp, invigorating air

You represent change

And our need to make haste

The impending arrival of beautiful Autumn
